Getting Certified

The road to becoming certified is relatively simple. Initial certification requires a Stage 1 audit and a stage 2 audit, however it is highly recommended to have a gap analysis prior to this to ensure all key requirements have been addressed and interpreted correctly for your business.

  1. Gap Analysis (Recommended) - Gives you a comprehensive report outlining readiness for audit and generate and action plan to prepare for certification audit.
  2. Stage 1 Audit - Review of Management System, framework, documentation and controls
  3. Stage 2 Audit - Evidence based - review of key processes and assessment of controls in operation
